Residents
Gray Haven supports adults 18-59 years of age with mental health challenges and a history of incarceration to safely reintegrate into the community. Enrolling at Gray Haven is voluntary, however, full participation is a condition of acceptance. Residents must refrain from using drugs and alcohol while at Gray Haven and take medication as prescribed.
Community
Our community is a safe and comfortable environment where you can heal, learn new skills and chart your course towards independent living in the larger community.
Referrals
Residents may be referred from other mental health agencies or the courts. We also accept self- or family-based referrals. Learn more on our Partners page.
Equity
We do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, religion, national origin, or handicaps. New residents must be ambulatory without any assistive devices and meet the minimum admission requirements of Gray Haven.
